| Very nice hotel that has a nive view over Kata Beach, but the view come at the price that it is a very steep hill up to the hotel and that limits spontaneous walks from the hotel. The hotel has a shuttleservice but every second hour is not good enough. A shuttle from and to the bottom of the hill every 15 minute would make this hotel much better. |

| good resort, however located on a very steepy hill. there is several times a day a free transfer to the beach (and back)
Walking down to Kata streets is OK, walking back to the hotel will be sweaty, tuktuk are relative expensive (150 Bht).
nice swimmingpool, but overall the resort is rather compact, with not enough chairs around the pool.

| We loved this beautiful place even though it is a bit far from the beach (we have a 2 year and 8 months child who can t walk too much), the pool is great, the room and the staff also ! We warmly recommand this place on Kata Beach for families ! |

| Nice and quiet hotel with helpful crew. Did not get the honeymoon-suite we ordered but got the second best after some dealing... To expensive prices at the hotel. Tripple price for a beer/drink/food etc... Big minus for that! Overall, we dont mind coming back if they adjust the prices and get some better breakfast. |

| The hotel is in a lovely location, great views, pool area very nice but not good for small children as the hotel is on a steep hill side. The staff are very helpful, great with children. The hotel rooms need upgrading, a little old, maintenance when required is a little relaxed as we spend the 4 nights with a flooded bathroom that was never fixed due to a blocked drain but overall ok. |

| This hotel has excellent staff who are ready to help out. They really made us feel at home. The hotel s location is up a hill, so if you are up for getting some exercise this is an ideal place. If you do not want to climb the hotel there is a free shuttle provided by the hotel however, the times are limited. Regardless of the hill, the hotel was well worth the stay. Breakfast also had a good and varied selection. The rooms were clean and room service was excellent. The pool was also very nice. We had a very pleasant stay at this resort. |

| Me and my girlfriend just spent a fantastic week at Andaman Cannacia at Kata Beach. As we only had one week we felt that we should spend a little more on accomodation and therefor we booked the Honeymoon Suite.
The welcome was warm and professional, even though we arrived at 9 am (check-in is at 2 pm.) we pretty much got the room right away. And what a room, although a bit smaller than I pictured, it had a big bed, desk, tv set, one balcony with a leather-coated sunbed for two and on the other balcony, the top thing, a private jacuzzi.
Throughout the week everyone at the hotel made sure we were to have a great experience, from the spa personel to the taxi service. (if you were to stay here, find Heddi at Taxi services, an amazing guy).
In conclusion, a nice hotel, tremendous personel, the hill is a bit steep indeed and as always in Thailand you find some spiders and ants at places you perhaps don t want them.

| This was our third trip to Thailand in as many years. We returned to the southern area between Kata and Kata Noi beaches and were not disappointed. We arrived after a long layover in Singapore to find we d been upgraded to the Honeymoon suite which was ready when we arrived (some 3 hours earlier than check in time). The suite was lovely and spacious and immaculately clean. The service was outstanding the entire time of our stay. Room service food was well priced and quickly prepared. We would definitely stay again. |

| looked exactly like the photo (honeymoon suite). clean room, nice amenities, bar a lil pricey (190 baht per cocktail), breakfast ok (edible but menu doesn t change much), location on a HILL (so be ready to hike a bit), relatively close to kata (kata beach is much nicer than chalong beach). |

| Loved it! This was a gorgeous hotel with gorgeous rooms and friendly staff. The bathroom was very modern, clean and had a great shower. The view from the room was unparalleled. There was a short walk to the beach down the hill, but it only took a few minutes. |

| we spent 10 days in the Andaman Canacia which is a very nice Hotel. Service was good, Deluxe rooms nice.
Location is also good even though it is not right on the beach. Shuttle Service is good. |

we stayed in a garden villa wich is very big and luxurious the only fault that it doesnwt have any kind of view and is mostly underground, the accssess is also a bit problematic. |

| The room did not live up to the description/pictures. We had booked a villa spa and the prictures showed an outside spa. We had a spa but inside. The two other villa spa rooms did not even have a spa but just a shower outside |

| A very pleasant stayin in Cannacia. Excellent service and with a fabulus view ower the bay. Nice room and pool area, perfekt for children. OK to go up and down to reach the nice beach, if you are tierd to walk or if it s warm you just take a Tuk-Tuk - so no big probem. Would definately go back! |

| My family stayed in the regency suite hotel facing the sea. It was perfect. The breakfast each morning was great - plenty of variety to suit all. It is not right on the beach but we knew that - so if you are looking for a hotel with beach access, this is not for you. The staff were very helpful and tried to assist us (althought their English was not very fluent). Good value for money. Great cocktail pool. the Tv s and dvd s need an update but overall we had a wonderful time. |
