| Very nice resort! The pools were nice and the location was a 5minute walk to the beach. Our room was good, nothing special but clean and very nice view and balacony! the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was just okay, nothing special, needed more variety with fruit and cereals and yogurt. The Bread if not used on the first day was reused on the next so hard to get fresh. We had lunch at the pool three times and drinks and the food was very good with good variety. Overall a good hotel for the money! |

| Very old hotel, seems like it has not been repaired for 20 years, better if knocked down and built a new hotel o that place.Awful smell in the romms, grey color towels and bed linens, it doesn t worth that money definetely. Only good thing is location on Karon beach and 3 pools. |

| A lot of stairs, so if physically challenged reconsider staying here. Hotel caters for large numbers of guests, so often wait to get seated for breakfast. Breakfast is so so, kitchen tries hard, but due to large numbers is understandable. On a positive the room was clean, well appointed and the view of the coast line was A++. |

| Our family of Five had a great 12 nights here and have no criticisms of the hotel or the location.

| The day desk staff are not as friendly and helpfull as they could be. Not quite as friendly as the night staff.
If you get rooms in the 1630 area, the morning staff are quite loud and make a fair bit of noise and talk quite loudly. They are oblivious to people who may be sleeping.
Hotel Tip....Have the hotel book you a taxi.....it s half the price of the taxis outside! |

| The hotel is nice but it is a bit old.
I staid on the 4th floor and there were small lizards crawling around on the walls you could see. I think I also saw one in my room but it ran away when I turned the lights on. The rooms were large and the hotel staff was friendly enough. The breakfast is very standard but their omelets were pre-made so they were cold when I got served.
There is a gameroom where you can play table tennis and chess. The workout room is small but has enough to get the job done. The location is really close to the downtown area. There is a shortcut you can take. Overall it was a good experience but you could probably get more for what you pay at another high end hotel. |

| nice hotel.many steps to climb for higher floors.good breakfast.stuff-ok. i booked this hotel by sawadee 5 nights 2 deluxe rooms and i got the first night a lausy room with bad smell because they did not have more rooms. |

| The hotel itself is nice. They have a good location and great breakfast. Excellent TV coverage for a hotel as well. However one major complaint I have is with the staff of this hotel. They are outwardly friendly. However they troubled me over apparent inconsistency in the room inventory when I had taken absolutely nothing. I would suggest that before check-in you do a thorough inventory check. |

| Wasn t have a good impression on the 1st day check-in due to electricity shutdown/black out for more than 8hrs that nite. the recovery plan was not well arranged although the front desk officer was trying to accommodate us by providing some free drinks and a free lunch/dinner at the restaurant after the black out. Some staff at the hotel cannot understand English well, so have try hard to communicate with them. Room is fine with the balcony with seaview, can see the nice sunset, but the water pressure is very low as we were staying at highest floor, air-cond is not cold enough. Breakfast was quite basic and was the same menu every day.The rest looks fine including the swimming pool(they have 3 swimming pools,but one is on renovation when we stayed there). We will consider others hotel to stay if have better choices. |

| Beautiful location with a great view. Staff was very helpful and it was quiet and very comfortable. We booked a taxi to pick us up at the airport through the hotel that was very pricey...just make arrangements for a taxi when you get there. |

| Very reasonable hotel,rooms clean,good pool,breakfast good,staff very friendly and polite,however the staff on duty for breakfast require a lot more effort to assist people,they tend to do a lot of standing around chatting,completely ignoring you,even for a cup of coffee.Apart from this we enjoyed our stay. |

| The Hotel was very good and good value there are 2 very nice swimming pools and the hotel is in a very cetral location to either Karon Beach or Patong. The rooms were everything you could want and very clean and fresh and we had a great view from our balcony out to sea and sunsets. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, I would not hesitate to stay here again and would consider other Best Western Hotels for the future. |

| Value for money stay. Long stretch of white beach. Only some 15 min away from Patong Beach.Hotel staff are generally helpful and my request to change from Twin bed to double bed was met without any problem upon check-in.
Will stay again in next visit. |

| The staff were very helpful and changed rooms without hesitation. We had booked for 3 adults and the previous room was too small. The only downside, we were on the 5th floor and after the first day the lifts stopped working, but were fixed on our last day. But hey, the exercise worked wonders for the leg muscles. |

| Good location, and just opp Karon beach. As I am driving not a big issue to reach any of the places. Friendly staff, good service, good food also ( Buffet Breakfast). Everything is good for what I paid or for a 4*hotel except the room service. They dont understand English. So you ve to brushup your hand signal language and show a free mookyshow to the rest. |

Comfortable rooms with nice beds and a beautiful seawiew from the balcony.

| Stayed 5 nights at BWPOR, and we enjoyed every day at the hotel. Nice and friendely enviroment and staff, clean room,good pools and a beautifull view from each room.
The restaurant was ok, with a good breakfast-buffet.
From the hotel there is a 5 min walk to the beach, and 10 min to the town, so no streetnoise at night.
The hotel is built on a hillside and is not constructed for wheelhair-users.
All in all a decent and nice place that we would love to visit again and can recommend to others. |

| Hotel, room and service ok but too much people at breakfast. Hundred tourists eating at the same time.
The personal did a great jobb but standing waiting to get a free table was not so pleasant in the morning. |
