| 1.) This is 4 star hotel but this is better than our expect!
2.) The room is quite good but unfortunately we stay in premier grand room which is city view, if open the window will be little bit noisy!
3.) Bathroom is with bathtub and bath room is grand!
4.) There are some free drinks in refrigerator and some snacks in room which is free of charge which is very good service!
5.) staff are very polite and good service especially the bell boy
6.) breakfast is quite ok and delicious!
7.) free wifi is provided in hotel everywhere which is very good service
8.) location is very good because walk 1 mins you can arrive to Patong beach, walk 15mins can arrive to junceylon, hotel is very convince to go to shopping area!
9.) hotel is not included free transfer to airport!
I hope to stay in this hotel again! |

| An excellent hotel with excellent staff.My compliments to Miew at check in reception.Also my very best compliments to assistant manager Miss Kik.Miss Kik is one of the best persons that I have met at any hotel.She is polite and very friendly.All other staff were very helpful and obliging. |

| This hotel is at the perfect location, with only 2 mins walk to the beach, 5 mins walk to the shopping street/complex which is huge...10 mins walk to Jungceylon shopping arcade...
Its right in the center of everything..could not have asked for better location. |

| We loved staying at Burasari. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We had even been upgraded to another suite as our suite was near some hotel renovations so we were moved away from the noise. We would stay here again. |

| The room was outdated, in need of repairs and revamp. Dampness out of the ceiling created a musty smell in the room. Bathroom needed an overhaul, fixtures were hanging, mould and rust all over the faucets. Breakfast was average. Location was very good, easy walking distance to everything. |

| For what we paid- we expected much more. We took the honeymoon room, paid a lot of money and expected more than we got.
Although room looks very good, the hotel requires better maitanence.
We had problems with the drainage, bad smell of sewage.
Many musquitos in the room. Extremely slow Internet and air-condition problem and no hot water for one night.
Food was good. Swimming pool was very nice but should be cleaned more often. |

| Burasari Resort is definitely worth a visit and good value for money. The Elite Room is nice, big and clean. I only wish they would decorate a bit nicer (maybe better book Thai Elite room), and if they would provide flowers and fruit, then they could almost apply for 4-5 Star ranking. The hotel with its nice pools and beautiful gardens make it a nice place to stay. The location of Burasari is quite far off from central Patong, so after a night out, it is almost necessary to take taxi back to hotel. The beach is only a 2 min. walk away. Unfortunately there are many jetskis and paragliding at that beach what makes it not so peaceful. I recommend to take taxi to some other small hidden beach. Patong itself is quite big and has a good mix between shopping, eating, nightlife, bars, and also some agogo shows (but more soft than Pattaya). Only disappointing point: Phuket is expensive. I recommend to visit Koh Samui. Anyway, you can definitely have a nice holiday at Patong if you stay at Burasari Resort. |

| Premier room was not what we expected.
There was only a bath, no shower.
The very small balcony, overlooked the very noisy street.
We were upgraded the next morning to an elite room at no extra cost. This room overlooked the swimming pool and had a large balcony with a daybed.

| They were overbooked when we arrived and they tried to move us ot another hotel 10 min. away. This although we had epaid in advance for the whole 4 nights. Tehn the rooms wheren t cleande som we had to wait for e coupl eo fours after check-in time to get one of the rooms...and though we had gone for a walk for 4 hours, the rooms weren t clean at all when we went inside to unpack...i twas awful!!! The rooms where smaller than expected for a more expensive room as Elite room and the balcony only had a hammock without pillows and without any table or anything. Free min-minibar was 2 coke, 1 sprite, 1 lemon ice-tea and + 1 chang-beer som it wasn t much...and the bed that was suuposed to be fluffy and soft was hard to sleep on. Teh pillowsa and linens where alright and the Tv was very good...tovels where changed every day an dbechtovel + bechbag was ok! The best thin gwas breakfast with many alternatives, clean and tasty food + good service!! If it wasn t for breakfast we wouldn t have liked to stay there at all again... |

Again, We met an Indian couple whoes room was leaking and the hotel refused to change their room. I WILL NEVER go to this hotel any more!!! |

| Good Hotel.
Be careful! Classic Rooms are not so good... They are very damp, with a particular smell in the air... These rooms are in the back side of the hotel, next to a big fan or something like that and the noise is annoying.
So I asked to change the room (in order to my 6 days staying...) and they give me a superior room at the same price!
And this room was very very comfortable!

| Very nice and relaxing hotel. the staff were extremely helpful, even helped me with my mobilephone!! our room a deluxe pool view was big and updated. We loved the daytime bed on the veranda!! Floyds restaurant was very good but a bit pricy. Hotel located right opposite the beach were there were plenty of sunbeds and very helpful guys serving you drinks and food. It is right in the middle of all the restaurants and shops but because of the lush garden in the hotel with lots of water pouring everywhere you could not here the traffic and the noice from outside the hotel.The 2 pools were beautiful. this hotel is not really for families with young children but 10+ is good. The staff love children though. We will come again. |

| We are very pleased with our stay at the Burasari Resort. From the first moment were treated kindly by a very friendly staff. The facilities were awesome from the beautiful swimming pools to the daily breakfast. Very very pleased. I d like to thank Ning personally for her attentiveness to my family. Her welcoming smile definitely set the stage for a wonderful experience. |

| Great location, very friendly staff. Enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at floyds. Rooms are a bit dark but spacious, with large bathrooms and nice balcony with a day bed.
Hotel is located just 100m off the beach. Rates are a bit pricy but for a hotel in patong in this location they are justified. Hope they can maintain quality of the rooms since they used rather cheap materials. |

| We were nicely impressed with the way they greeted us at the reception and the fact that watever request you have the staff of the hotel will fullfill it.
However, not very impressed with the room. The hotel is not cheap, so we got the cheapest/standard room. Stil expected a nicer one that we got. The bathroom wasn t in the best shape, not to mention the shower in the bath.And the room was not as spacious as shown on the pictures.And not as beautifull as on the pictures.
Cleaned very well.
The food: Breakfast excellent.
But the restaurant. The quality of the lunch and dinner was not as high as the prices we paid.
Beach very close.Nice.

| Good location but bad room. Stayed at the old wing. With no view at all, all you can see is a wall to another hotel being built (Marriott) - stay there (Marriott) if you want the view. Very noisy, the hotel next door worked through the night. I have to get up at 2 A.M and walk to lobby to get them sort this out after many phone calls to the receptionist. On contrary, breakfast buffet is excellent and location is very good. My tip is to go after Mariott finished building or get the EXPENSIVE room which is not my kind of holiday. |

| Stay at the old wing Premier pool access room 1102. Not a good experience. Definitely not worth the price. Will not return.
Cons
1) Room always smell. We bought an air freshener and keep spraying in the room. Smell goes off few minutes and come back again. With our continuous spraying on our 3 nights stay, the smell finally goes off on our last day. This shows the hotel did not take good care of the room.
2) Air-con super noisy. Especially at night when everything is quiet. If you are a light sleeper, this is definitely not a room for you.
3) Room terribly small.
4) Breakfast simple, nothing to brag about it. We have stayed in many more hotels in Patong which serves better breakfast.
5) TV reception is poor. Starmovie channel always distorted. Other hotel has good reception for this channel.
6) Mini fridge is supposed to be free but they will not replenish if you did not remove items inside. On our first day, only empty chocolate wrapper is found in the fridge.
7) Sliding door will open out to terrace follow by steps into the pool. There is a daybed, table and clothes hanger on the terrace. The terrace is a open style like a vinyard with twirling roots hanging overhead. As a result, the daybed is never clean. It is either wet with dirt or dry with dirt anyway. Clothes hanger is useless as it is open terrace. September is raining season. We encounter 2 full days rain. We are unable to use the terrace due to the rain.
8) Door latch is terribly hard to use. Too tight and need lots of strength to latch it. Door knob comes off when we open the door to hard...
Pros
1) Good location
2) Provide a bag for beach which is a good gesture

| Really nice up market resort,only a couple of minutes walk to markets, beach, resturants and nightlife.
1st room was too small for trundle bed for our daughter ( and not ready for us), after making this known to management we were given ( at no extra charge and with a smile) a delux Thai style poolside room which was absolutely gorgeous, plenty of room for 3 of us, extra bed was set up but could have fitted about 6 in the massive king plus bed in the room! Courteous happy helpful staff. Lovely pool just outside our room, a cooling cucumber spa treatment within the resort when the sunburn got too sore, complimentary fridge, great (almost never ending)international breakfast built into the room rates make this a most desireable place to stay.Lots of lovely little extra touches. |

| i have mixed feelings on our stay with burasari. the hotel is great if you get a room in the new building, which open up around the new swimming pool. i highly recommend spending the extra money to get a pool room which has direct-swim-up access to your room. however, our room in the old building, had a horrible view of the marriott being built next door. we never even opened our drapes because our room looked directly into the rooms across(& there is only about 15 feet between the buildings!) Also the new building rooms are larger & have balconies, which our rooms did not. the room was very clean and nicely decorated though.
however, not too crazy about the location in patong. or maybe i just wasn t too crazy about patong. it is sensory overload! A bit smelly, very noisy, leering and jeering vendors & not exactly family-friendly at night. I would recommend staying in karon or kata which is a short taxi ride (10-15 minutes) away. And we found ourselves leaving patong beach everyday to go to other beaches since patong was not the prettiest beach at all. Laem singh beach, nai han beach and paradise beach were all gorgeous with much less people. just hire a taxi and he will wait for you all day if you want, so cheap. |

| We have stayed at this hotel a few times over the last 2 years and have had thoroughly enjoyed every stay. The rooms are fantastic (we stayed in a premier and grand premier i believe). The beds are huge, pools lovely and reception, bell boys and other staff extremely friendly and treat you like a close friend rather than a guest. We love this hotel and the location in Patong is fantastic. It is literally a minute walk from the beach. |

| The atmosphere made the hotel very relaxing. Its location is close to the beach which is convenient, however, about a 10-15 minute walk (or ~200 baht by Tuk Tuk) to Bangla Rd (the main bar/club street). I was there with a friend and most of the nights we enjoyed going to Bangla Rd. The only thing I didn t like about the room was that it smelled a little weird. The hotel employees were very helpful, polite, and extremely friendly! The room service was great! The food arrived in a timely manner and it tasted amazing! The Resort Spa is a MUST if you visit Phuket! I have never been so pampered! I would recommend this hotel to couples who want to stay away from the nightly festivities of Patong Beach but still close enough to enjoy it. |
