| Large resort style accomadation. Getting a little dated but good value for money.
Restaurant was pretty good but the spirit drinks were half shots at best. Drink at any outside bar. |

| Unfortunately as the hotel was closing at the end of the month they were very short of staff. Staff that were there tried to help as much as possible but they were overwhelmed. There was a mix up with the rooms that were booked, the reception staff did however sort it but it took a long time. The hotel was clearly run down. |

| check in/out was very easy. Andamann cottages are a very dated, but comfortable enough. Location is great, pools and grounds are great and very relaxing to stay. |

| 2 minutes walk to the beach, very close to shopping. Good enviornment, quite and peaceful. 2 swimming pool, very clean. Good breafast with various choices. Will choose this hotel again |

| Nice place to stay, friendly staff. The Restaurant is fantastic, the food is fabulous, everything on the menu is fresh and compares to a top class expensive restaurant, but without the price tag.

| We have stayed here before but in the Cottages. This timewe stayed in a deluxe room. There is definitely more room in these than the cottages. Still a great location, hotel is great, staff are excellent. Will stay there again. |

| I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I would strongly recommend anyone to stay here for a pleasant stay. Their staff are exceptional. They are friendly, proactive and very service oriented. My aunt s birthday was on the 8th of May and although all the rooms were registered under my name, they photocopied the passports of all guests. They had noticed her birthdate from the passport and sent a complimentary cake up for her birthday. We were all pleasantly surprised and very pleased to say the least. Excellent service. |

| Standard balcony rooms are very old (furniture,bathroom) and were rather dirty when we cheked in. On the second day our toilet got broken. We were moved to Delux room w/o balcony. The view was great, furniture was better, good and new bathroom fixtures. BUT: on the second day our toilet got broken again! The rest of the holiday we could not use toilet and had to go to the lobby toilet. Toilet problems are unacceptable for a 4* hotel. |

| Our room 711 was on the 7th (top) floor with a beautiful view but unfortunately the air conditioning could not keep up. It was difficult to keep the room temperature much below 80 F
This was our 4th return trip to Club Andaman , we enjoyed the complimentary cocktail but missed receiving the cold drink upon registering. |

| i have stayed at balcony deluxe room at floor 6 which had a big balcony with a good view to the beutiful garden o the hotel and the sea.
The hotel is a little bit old but kept in a good condition. The room is comort and so is the shower.
Breakfast is superb, it have a very large selection.
Location is very good, 3 minutes walk to the beach and 10-15 minutes walk to bangala road and Jungsilon mall.
i will definitely stay in this hotel again on my next visit. |

| The staff were very nice and did a good job. Food very good. We had Balcony Deluxe room. The size of the room very good. But the air-conditioning was very poor much to hot in the rooms the first room were from 26-28C and when the could not fix the air-conditioning they gave us a new room here the temp were from 23-25C. Still to hot. And the bed were no good you could feel the spring in your back. |

| We went to Phuket for as 4 day holiday and overall it was a nice and a very pleasent stay in Phuket. In the afternoon we arrived in Phuket and get into hotel though there was a bit long que for check in. Got the room as requested and overall the hotel was really very good and esp the room was in quite big having a extra large King size bed which was very nice as I have got my childs with me. The hotel staffs were very helpful and supportive. After spending the 2nd day in Patong beach we went to Phi Phi island on the 3rd day which was really value for money trip for the whole day. The only reservation is if you want to have a calm and cool holiday patong may not be the right choice as it is quite crowded than Karon beach. Overall it was a great trip and we enjoyed a lot. |

| Club Andaman is in a great spot behind Patong Beach, the grounds are huge and set within lovely gardens, the pools are big, interesting and all very clean. The rooms are motel style, we had a large King bed. Our package included breakfast which was a huge and varied buffet. The staff were great, we highly recommend Club A. |

| friendly staff and well organized in this amazing building, good food and plenty to see, especially when you enjoy the great breakfast at the garden side. Hope to be there again! Quick service when our airport taxi did not show up; the Hotel could arrange another vehicle within 10 minutes, so we where in time for our connecting flight. |
