| There are actually two Club Bamboo s belonging to the same hotel but on opposite sides of Patong. The one we stayed in was not the one pictured on the website, but it was still good. The room was ok (we stayed in the basic, again didnt look a thing like what I had seen online but was clean and tidy). The pool was lovely and the restaurant was great too (delicious food & same price and some things cheaper than restaurants near the beach). Staff were friendly and helpful. It is a bit out of the way (but nice to be away from the crowds) - the hotel does offer a shuttle about 4 times a day down to the beach & back. I didnt do it myself but guess walking to the beach would take bout 25min. Walking to Rat-U-Tit road would take about 40min |

| A well maintained and beautiful Resort-Spa with an attentive and courteous service, built on a hill with excellent food (morning breakfast buffet very varied) fassiliteiten present all come here to repeat. |

| this club is just a joke..the rooms are super old, not clean, the hotel stays faraway from the main events, the rent motorbike was broken ,empty gas oil ....and more ..never ever again this hotel |

| The hotel was a bit disapointing needs a lot of maintenance.One night we actually ran out of Water. Could not fault the Staff all very nice.This place would be ideal if they spent a bit of money maintaining the Rooms & grounds ETC I was a bit worried about swimming in the pool as there were wires loose from the lights floating in the Pool.Overall not too bad graet Shuttle Service every hour |

| Not great - not bad. Wouldnt bother staying here again as the rooms were pretty shabby for the price. However, the Staff were lovely. Food was eh... not great value for money. Better off staying at Royal Paradise for the money. |

| what a bad experience!!i booked the jaccuzzi suit , there was no hot water for 4 days and when i complained the night staff didnt even answer..next night same again and then next morning i seen manager, fixed..for the 4 night without hot water i received back 1500baht.wow... the tell you have free internet on site , wrong!!! have to pay...they tell you itia a marble bathroom , wrong again.. and if you have bad legs or sore hips , they do not tell you about the many stairs you have to climb from the font desk to your room. it is set on a hill and there is no lifts!!the driver who takes you from the hotel to the beach asks money from you if you want to go an extra 500 metres.this was told to hotel but again nothing done.if you are thinking of going to this hotel ..think again... it was a waste of money ..... |

| Club Bamboo! 4 sure i will return to this very nice and warm hotel. The staff is more than kind and helpfull. I had a room in the new building, very very nice!! New and clean! I used the bath jacuzzi every night, before i went to the Patong crowd. The breakfast is standard..But eyyy, i only needed some coffee, juice and my fried eggs or omelet!! And a smile was 4 free. Great! The pool is also very nice, in the middle of the hidden paradise. What can i say about Bamboo?? I was here before, i was here now, I will return in time! Thx 4 all guy s! Cya next time! |

| We arrived on time in Puket, called Club Bamboo the day before arriving to arrange pick up at airport. The driver informed Us that the manager of Club Bamboo instructed him to take us to Leewadee Hotel. We arrived Leewadee Hotel and the manager of Club Bamboo meet us there. He said that Sawadee made a mistake and they didn t have a room for us, even though we argued with him about our reservation, his only comment was no rooms available and that the confirmation should have never been accepted. We booked 2 months prior to our trip and should have been notified about this long before our arriving. DO NOT BOOK AT CLUB BAMBOO, UNRELIABLE. |

| This hotel is located away from the Patong Beach about 15 minutes walking, which made for a quiet place to stay. A taxi from the Patong Beach is 100 Baht, but you have to negotiate with the Tut tut drivers, as they will try to charge you between 150 Baht to 300 Bath. Their is a free shuttle bus to the beach every hour but only until 6pm. Collection from the beach is only twice a day not every hour. You have to arrive at the front desk 10 minuets early, because they leave on the hour by their clock, which is 5 to 7 minuets early. We requested the room to be changed, as the noise from the building site was very bad. They changed the room. But, it was still noisy. The work stated from 8am to about 5.30pm every day and therefore could not rest during the day. The breakfast was ok, nothing special. The staff was friendly, can not speak good English. On the last day they asked us to pay for restaurant food, which we did not have. But after explaining that they made a mistake, they were ok about it. |

| Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Club Bamboo. The only negatives were that there was a little construction happening around it and it was about a 15min walk from Patong beach and the room also smelt a little musty. But overall it was generally clean. We loved the free in house movies! Was good for those rainy days. |

| I love this resort, that I do recommend to people that desire to rest and to relax at the best! A bit far from the beach, however it s also quite easy to manage. I staid there 5 days and then I came back to Club Bamboo even later, once back from Phi Phi and before flying to Hong Kong. Receptionists are very nice and professional. Above all, I would highlight Mol and Perry. You r terrific! Thank you,I felt at home there! Will come back there surely! :) |

| Really nice resort, very friendy staff that make a difference and try to help you out even if your not making the hotel money.
All rooms are very clean and big with hot water and balcony, fridge, AC etc.
Pool area is very relxing and always kept clean.
Restaurant is ok but the food in the town is alot cheaper.Food at hotel is still very nice and clean and they deliver it to yoru room or by the pool if thats what you want.
Free shuttle into town is a nice touch and its nice to be away from the filth of pattaya but stil be only a 1 minute shuttle away. Shuttle runs from morning till around 9pm. |

| Hiya all! well what can i say about club Bamboo Resort hmmm this hotel is positioned ideally for those travellers who wish to stay somewhere away from the hustle and bustle but also close enough to get to nightlife by Tuck Tuck 100 Baht
we could relax by the waterfall and pool but watch out for the Mossies :)and the free shutle bus to the beach and free loungers was a bonus
i believe that the hotel had possibly one of the friendliest and helpful staff that i and my friend have come across on our many travels so it was nice to come across some genuinely nice people :) they also helped us with our Phi Phi island trip without a fuss so folks its a top spot if you are a couple or a few young lads or gals looking for a comfortably homely place to stay happy travels alan :) |

| The staff were super friendly and very helpful! It s a bit of a walk (15-20 mins) into town but that s why we chose it. Quiet and green. Nice clean rooms with free DVD service. Would absolutely stay there again. |

| This hotel is locate away from the bustel of Patong Beach, which made for a quiet place to stay. A taxi to the center of town is 100 Baht (about $2.50 US), though drivers will try to gouge you for more on the way back at night. The room was clean, and everything worked, though it was pretty basic. The last 2 nights there, we woke up to find water on the table where the TV is located, presumably leaking from the air conditioning unit above, but maintenance seemed unable to correct the problem. I will mention that a couple in another room left when I was there, due to an unknown problem with the room that they were unable to resolve. I had some things ruined by the water, and the hotel staff claimed there was no manager there to address my loss, even though I let them know 2 days before that I would be expecting compensation. You will find bamboo leaves in the pool 90% of the time, as this place lives up to its name. The restaurant staff is very nice, as is the front desk staff. Didn t eat anything in the restaurant, except breakfast, which was good, but nothing special. |

| Was a very nice hotel, room was clean and modern. We ended up getting upgraded to a jacuzzi suite. The bathroom was the only part of the room I didn t like as there were rocks all around and hair (I am guessing because it is hard to clean). Overall, excellent stay, friendly service, nice buffet breakfast. And an excellent shuttle down to the beach...ran every hour and picked up 3 times a day. I would recommend this hotel. |

| The staff made my vacation an absolutely perfect one. They are truly interested, always helpful and absolutely competent. The resort is a beautiful one, peacefully situated but only a 10 minutes walk away from the busy life of Patong. However a free of charge shuttle service is offered as well. Next time on Phuket, it ll certainly be Club Bamboo! |
