| The staff were very friendly and the food was good. The location is absolutely amazing. The rooms are simple and clean so if you re travelling on a budget but would like a couple of nights in a slightly nicer place than normal, this is the place for you. |

| A hotel outside Karon, but that I knew when I booked it. Very nice staff, and a small charming hotel. Could have been a little more clean, but overall I enjoyed my stay there! Just a short walk down to the beach, but taxi recommended to Karon town. |

| Trevligt och rent hotell, badrummet var ganska så fräsch, däremot var det ganska stor invation av myror och hotellet ligger högt upp och trapporna för att ta sig upp är nästintill outhärdliga. Hotellet ligger drygt 20 minuter promenad från närmaste butik och man blir tvungen att gå igenom två mindre floder för att komma dit. Men vill man spendera större delen av tiden på stranden så är detta ett hotell jag kan rekommendera. Lite långt från civilisation bara. |

| We with the husband had a rest in Karon Cliff in January 2011. Have booked room contemporary deluxe, being guided on photos of numbers exposed on a site, however having occupied, have been disappointed by that actually number completely differs from photos, and at all doesn t correspond to the price, not declared other parameters. The sanitary technician old, all in a fungus, a mold. The furniture as leaves much to be desired. For example in our number bedside curbstones have been eaten (I think a dog of the owner of hotel :)). In a dresser there was no one of sliding cases. The rack on which the TV settled down looked in general dreadfully. The matter is that it is constructed from metal directing with use of the pressed board. But all charm consists that it as was constructed year by two, three back so it and remained in the form of not painted plywood, has thus got such charming stains, as in horror films. In bed I was afraid to sleep first three days precisely. When that bed-sheets were white (it proceeding from logic reasons). In a reality are multispotty formations on a fabric. As ill-starred ladders don t allow to relax, clamber on them every day and at all once, it is tiresome.
Special attention it is necessary to give to the owner of hotel: I won t offend it as person (terrible type with set of psychological problems), but it does everything that visitors felt themselves extremely not comfortably. With such sensations we also have left this place.
I want to note as also the good parties of the given place. A beach - simply wonderful. The sea pure, warm that is necessary. We departed from hotel approximately meters on 400, about restaurant Tony. Is where to take a walk in the evening. We with the husband went to ring Karon, there set of restaurants, massage salons, the market. I can recommend hotel restaurant golden sand inn.
As a whole the interesting, picturesque country, necessarily it is necessary to visit Thailand.
Be afraid Karon cliff if you want to leave the best impressions about Thailand. |

| At the end of the beach, 166 steps up the cliffs :) Rooms could have been better: lots of ants in and on the beds, but that were taken care of fast. Poor service, breakfast poor and some of the staff could have been more happy and serviceminded. Location ok. Will not go back. |

| Room needs general maintenance and cleaning for it to be better. Sheets on bed were very stained. Alot of ants were in the room when I checked in. Room needed a good cleaning with bleach.
Location is good only if you just want to stay on the north side of the beach. It is a little too far from Karon Circle. I did walk to Karon circle via the beach but at night the tide was too high to walk back. 200 baht Tuk Tuk will take you back from Karon circle.
Very quiet area which is good.

| It s not located at the central part of the Karon Beach. It s on the way between the Patong Beach and the Karon Beach, thpugh one end of the Karon Beach is just on the foot of the hotel. The room facilities are basic and simple. Ants and geckoes can be seen in room. Staff are warm, but the meals are a little more expensive. |

| A nice peacefull place and cheap. We have ask for connected room, and it was posibel. Thank you to the hotel. The staff was gentle and wery smiling. To the beach were was a lot of stepps. Kais restaurant at the beach was cheap, good and friendly. If we come back to Karon Beach we will chose the Karon Cliff Resort again. |

| Karon Cliff was the perfect place to stay for our budget. The rooms were clean and the staff was polite and helpful. We loved Karon beach, relatively quiet, beautiful, but with everything you need. This is not a 5 star place, but for the price, it was fantastic. If you go here, eat at Kai s or Daeng s right on the beach, the food is fantastic, but be careful of the prawns! |

| alt gled perfekt over internettet - med booking og betaling og der blev taget godt imod os da vi ankom.
hotellet ligger perpekt med en skøn udsigt og kun 5 min.til en dejlig privat strand,via stranden er der ca.20 minuts rask gang ind til selve karon,man kan også vælge at bruge hotelets chafører og biler og blive kørt,det koster 200 bat til karon.
der er en del trapper da hotellet ligger på klippen,men udsigten fra bungalowerne og servicen er det hele værd. |

We stayed in a Deluxe Room with very nice see view, Rooms are very nice, quite large and very clean.
shops and restaurants outside of Hotel are little big far and it s necessary to rent a motobayke our take Tuck-tuck . The hotel is rather on the end of the street and so it is also quiet at night. Good value for money!
I think it s a very good ship hotel and you have beach and restaurents very ship on the beach when you bath!
just 150 stairs to get down and to go up...
For us, it s a very good hotel ! |

| Furniture in room was old and needs to be replaced (we were staying in a middle class of bungalow)
Room was not very clean and I think it was not cleaned with water during our 2 weeks stay.
Shower floor and curtain were VERY VERY dirty.
Thai people who worked there were very friendly.
Breakfast was every day the same eggs with bacon and toast and this for 2 weeks.
Overall I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone. 26/01/2010 |

| We are four girls who stayed at the Karon cliff for one week and we really enjoyed our stay there. We had two Deluxe contemporary seaview rooms and the beautiful seaview was just like taken from a postcard. The service was very good and the staff was very warm and friendly. The only thing I have to remark on is the breakfast, which could have been more varied. But we could definitely stay at Karon cliff next time we visit Karon! |

| We took two rooms in Karon Cliff Boutique Bunglow Resort and stayed there for 3nights. We have really enjoyed our stay out there. The service was really good along with the warm behaiviour of the staffs. The location and the view is really good. The rooms were clean and the facilities also was very good. Things can more better if they can add few things in the room, e.g. one wardrobe is required in each room for clothes, otherwise it becomes difficult to manage, also one mirror in the room ...:)....will refer friends to stay there. |

| Hi! We relaxed with one another in this beautiful hotel on the shore of the Andaman Sea! Deluxe rooms are a bit does not correspond to their level because they do not have paying the closet, and a lot of living creatures in the room, like ants! But we do not spoil the rest, because all the time we spent on the beach and on trips! Internet access is often not worked. breakfast every day the same, ham, bacon, eggs, toast, butter and jam! A little tired, and after 5 days we did not go to breakfast! Near the hotel is building, and the sea is very dirty, and the stones, go hard, we went swimming at a distance of 1000 meters from the beach hotel! Of undoubted pluses of our rooms, this stunning view of the sea, by the way of olee than half of the rooms have sea view no, please specify when booking a question! |

| Great location away from the centre of Karon but still within very easy walking distance.
The rooms were a bit more basic than I expected but still totally satisfactory and very quiet. The beds could probably do with being replaced - the springs were a bit uncomfortable. Alternatively, a thin mattress on top of the existing beds would solve the problem perfectly.
Breakfast was ok - a set menu of eggs and bacon, fruit and coffee. I would always prefer a buffet breakfast, but I certainly had no complaints about the quality of this set menu.
An easy walk down to the beach - good food and drink right there along with beach chairs and umbrellas (at a cost).
The staff were friendly and helpful. Only complaint would be regarding seeing the hotel owner looking a little worse for wear early one morning. While we were having breakfast he was there in his rather crumpled clothes having whisky and cigarettes for breakfast!
Overall, a great stay. I would recommend this place to others, but be prepared for a maybe not perfect nights sleep. |

| Wonderful environment on the cliff, sea view fantastic! short walk down the hillside to Karon beach but a little bit off from Karon, have to take taxi down to shopping/restaurants.
Hotel : very nice but cleaning of rooms lousy! much below what you can demand on a hotel. If they can shape up this, the total rate of this hotel will be Perfect . Staff very helpful and friendly. Good restaurant. |

| Karon Cliff is an awesome hotel with friendly staff who are really willing to go the extra mile for their clients. Our holiday was very relaxing as they arranged everything for us from tours to taxis. We saw the New Year in at the Sky Steak resturant and it was the most memorable day of our trip. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phuket |

| The hotel is located on a rock. High descent and lifting (an order of 70 steps) for some will be heavy.
From the beach to edge. Silence. Below (on a beach inexpensive cafes, carry drinks). Nearby there are no water kinds of sports. If to go on foot to shops, on a beach and 20 minutes. With bike simply to reach Karon, Kata and Patong.
Beautiful kind from restaurant. Especially in the evening. However expensive.
Look to the check at restaurant that anybody another has not written down (sign) on your room.
Free wifi in numbers.
Door in a toilet such that all sounds and smells in a room.
Clean in number every day. Every day - 2 bottles of water.
The breakfast is the same every day, coffee/tea, scrambled/fried egg, toast with jam, ham and bacon. Each Sunday there is a BBQ buffet with live music, all you can eat for 290THB |

2. Reliable service were delivered since the resort provided us a seaview room as thier promised.

| Below average. The only point of staying here is to get seaview (from the cliff) for low money.
The bungalows are old and everything inside is old too (the A/C unit, bath appliances, even 220v sockets/light switches). It could even be that the toilet would flush one time and wouldn t flush the next time.
Standard and Deluxe bungalows are mostly the same quality except that in Deluxe you get a really good sea and beach view.
Walking to/from the beach takes 10-15 minutes and you have to walk through two rain-rivers (ha-ha) and climb really high when going back.
The breakfast is the same every day, coffee/tea, scrambled/fried egg, toast with jam, ham and bacon. Each Sunday there is a BBQ buffet with live music, all you can eat for 290B (the only thing I really liked there). |
