| Karon Sea Sands is a medium sized hotel at the top end of karon Beach. Being medium sized meant that the staff and management got to know us and were able to respond attentatively and quickly to our needs. Not that we had many as the place was idlealic! The pool was imaculately kept as was the Koi carp pond in recepiton (an interest of mine). The manager held a cocktail party (free drinks with live music) mid week which was grat to meet him, his staff and other residents.
This is a family friendly and very clean and welcoming hotel. It couldnt have been better for us! |

| Stayed at this hotel with my husband and we had a pool access room. It was great being able to go straight into the pool from the balcony and we loved the pool bar were you could order drinks and food. Drinks and food were a bit expensive but i guess that would be the same as any other hotel. Breakfast was good and was included in our package. The beach is right across the road and plenty of shops and places to eat within a few minutes walking distance. Room was clean and serviced everyday. Staff were also very friendly. |

| A three-star hotel which I would give four plus stars. Great location just at the beginning of Karon, a minute walk to the beach. Clean and well cared of rooms, excellent bathroom accessories, nice view of the pool. Plenty of shops, massage and eateries around. Staff is friendly and with the best English I ever heard on Phuket. Wide choice of food for breakfast. One thing I didn t like was that the walls were thin and you always hear what s going on out there. Besides there was a door in my room to the adjacent room (locked of course!) which new neighbors always tried to open :-) The other disadvantage is expensive menu at the restaurant. They have nice live performace in the evening but still it s just expensive. |

| Very nice hotel, good location. good price for the money. Room very clean, staff friendly, very well organized. Buffet Breakfast excellent. We stayed in one of the pool access rooms. From our room you can just jump into a very clean pool. One thing I wouldn t do is eat in any of the restaurants at the resort, prices very high. I had a coke and they charged me 80 baht, average price outside the resort was 40 baht. Plenty of places to eat outside and close to the resort. |

| Poolside room was excellent value for money. Very clean. Staff friendly, although not much English spoken. Good selection of food for breakfast. Close to beach [100 meters] and market. Situated in a much quieter area than Kata or Patong. Lovely pool suitable for all ages. Internet facility available at 200baht per hour. This is expensive as many places around the corner offer at 60 baht per hour. Would return to this hotel. |

| Karon Sea Sands was good value for money and in a good location at Karon Beach. The room was clean and a good size and the outlook to the pool very pleasant. The staff were both friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good and the egg cooking man, very popular with guests. The safe in the room was a convenient place to leave valuable items safely. |

| This hotel was fantastic. We had a pool access room which was spacious and clean and we could enter the pool directly from our balcony. The buffet breakfast was great with lots of variety, always something different every morning and the staff were very efficient. We found that this hotel was in a great location - across the road from the beach and the main shops and markets were just down the road. This was a much nicer area to stay than Patong, much less busy and a bit more relaxing. Still Patong is only a 5 minute Tuk Tuk ride away. I recommend not booking any tours through the hotel - we did and then found out that other people on our tours sometimes paid half the price by bargaining with tour shops on the street. |

| We stayed 3 nights at this hotel after having spent 11 days in Khao Lak. Nice hotel at a perfect location in Phuket, although we prefered Khao Lak. The rooms were nice, but we were troubled by the fact that the pool bar was located just outside our rooms. We had booked two pool access rooms, and would absolutely choose a different room category if we would return to the hotel. |

| Found the hotel to be very clean and a great small hotel for the price. We had stayed at the Andaman Sea View as part of another trip and found the Karon Sea Sands Resort & Spa more to our liking. Staff very friendly and helpful, enough variety for breakfast. Good location, with plenty of places to eat and shops to walk to. Would return to this resort again if we came back to Karon Beach. |

| Was a nice hotel. Stayed in Pool access room which was awesome. Barely ever had hot water for showers which was a nusiance because I had a cold at the time. A few ants but no big drama. Staff where quite friendly and helpful.
I think I would have had a better time staying further away from Patong region though, The beaches of Kata, Karon and Patong are lined with beach chairs and umbrellas. Not the paradise we where hoping for. Not a relaxing area to stay for a long time. |

| Hotel was great with lovely pool or the beach right across the road. Karon is definitely a lot quieter than Patong which was nice for our relaxing holiday. We suggest that you budget in the taxi return fare to Patong. (it was 300 baht each way) We went in every second night. Only gripe we have is that we had booked a pool side room but I think they over book them as we were put in the family suite for the first two nights. No hardship as it was lovely. Would recommend Karon Sea Sands to anyone. |

| All in all a very nice hotel, with some downsides. Food and drinks are a bit expensive, but then again very available. Our pool access room was excellent, but not at all shielded from noise from the neighbor. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Close to the beach, and to shops and restaurants. This is also a TUI hotel, meaning you probably will meet a few Scandinavians.

| excellent hotels. good large and clean rooms. We had two pool access rooms which were excellent. the indian food in the restaurant is very good. the minibar and restaurant rates are slightly on the higher side, but still good enough if you want to stay back and laze in the rooms on certain days. otherwise there are plenty of restaurants and a convenience store right outside. we would love to return to this place again. |

| We had a pool access room which wasnt ready on the day of arrival (which was after 8pm, even though i had emailed them asking them to keep our room available since we re arriving so late). They gave us the family suite for the night which was pretty luxurious and we moved to our pool room early the next day. The whole 10 days here was great. Staff were great, breakfast was adequate, bit boring after 10 days. Location of hotel was great also.
In future i wouldnt stay in Karon, but I couldnt find a pool access room in patong for the price so we ended up here. Overall very happy with the decision, but wouldnt stay in Karon again, if the hotel were in Patong, I d stay every time. |

| This hotel was great. Great Location right opposite the beach. Next beach over from Patong which was a good retreat away from the hustle and bustle that is Patong. Very freindly staff, breakfast was very good. Room (pool access) was fantastic. Swam off the balcony. Over all a 10 out of 10 for this hotel. We will definitely stay again when next in Karon Beach. |

| Very nice hotel at perfect location in Karon. Big rooms. We recommend this hotel if you are going to visit Karon. A tip is the Hapiness massage place just outside the hotel. We got the best ever foot treatment there. |

I can highly recommend the koran sea sands and spa,the staff where very helpful and the rooms are of high quality,the location is ideal and you are not isolated like some of the other hotels in the area.My wife and i will certainly be going back there in the near futher.

| We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The towel is not quite clean compared to American standard. The staff is very friendly and very nice. The location is great because it is just couple feet near the beach--clean clear water to swim. The oil message at this hotel is great too. |
