| Fine hotel. Many rooms and big pool. 10 min to the beach, but didn´t matter because we just stayed there for 2 days before heading to Koh Lanta.

| You get it is written in English, do not run the engine of your vehicle. Very good!
But as it is Writen only in English, the Thai do what they want ..
The restaurant being open on arrival, you have lunch with the gas oil and fumes of many bus ...
When you ask to the bus stop, they will say it s not our problem .
When you ask the manager or at home we have groups ...
Also: for the pool for use later as well as the corridors and rooms for noise ... the room is very poorly insulated, you participate in evenings neighbors.
Chinese and Japanese, especially in a group, you are welcome, others look elsewhere ...
No respect ! |

| There seems to have been an extension to the existing hotel or they just don t have the space in the common areas. Breakfast was hectic, we had to wait 10 mins to sit down. When seated we cleaned and tided the table ourselves. There was also a shortage of sunbeds, people were getting up early to put their towels down to reserve them.(reminded me of Europe!) |

| DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! We are used to travel to Thailand every year, and love it! But this time we were so disaponed! The Thai-people are not so sweet as the used to be, unfortunately. They are not happy when you give them tip or something like that, they were mad all the time and no service at all. it was so sad to see how it is now. Kata Sea Breeze, the most of the staff was so mad all the time, they never smiled or was nice to us. The housekeeper tryed to charge many thing for us. ex. towels, spoon, ashtray and sheets. It was so uncomfortable. We could never find to do something like that. So sad experince. We will never return to Phuket again. |

| I recently stayed here in January 11 with my husband and five teenagers. We had a brilliant time at the Kata Sea Breeze. The teenagers spent a lot of the time around the two pools and pool bar! Breakfast was enjoyed by all and there was plenty of it, of course its not 5 star but good all the same.
The bedrooms were large, we had two adults in one room, two teenagers in another and three boys in another, plenty of room for a third bed. Nice balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel is quite old but still kept clean. The bathroom had a bath with a shower overhead and curtain.
We never ate any other meal at the hotel. The beach is around a ten minute walk as you have to pass by the wall of Club Med, but its ok to walk off the breakfast!
Kata Beach is extremely busy and there seems to be something going on with the umbrellas and beds, very hard to get these, maybe the time of year we went.
Plenty of nightlife and great restaurants around.
We would definitely go back to this hotel and thought it was good value for money. |

| The hotel was ok for the price. Room can hear everything. The maids were always friendly and the rooms were always clean. The breakfast was not my case. The next time I would book himself without breakfast and what to buy. With the reception we were not satisfied. On arrival we asked whether it is possible on departure day stay longer in the room. No problem, simply enumerate per hour 200 baht. A couple days later we wanted to pay for it. Then suddenly they said they do not know now whether to do this and we would have on 8 April ask again. On 8 April, we asked again and they said there is not no. I insisted and then they said yes it is but we have to go inside the hotel the room. Since we were tired of this way and that we have on 8 checked out and are in a different hotel. This hotel was true only for one night but we already know that we will book next year there. |

| We stay there for 4 weeks and we never see most off the staff at breakfest and ind the reception smiling. The rest of the staff smile all the time and was very helpfull and try to speek english. The hotel was god value for the money, but we did not pay the fuld price for the room. If we did it was not value for the money. There was troble with the water, it was either cold or very hot. At breakfest the bird was eating of the buffet which wasn t so god. The taxiservice was real god, the price was the same and some times less than outside the resort. The location was very good, near the beach shopping but still quite. We did not use the pool and other services at the hotel but the price was ok. |

| Veldig bra hotel. Vi bestilte rom med direkte utgang til bassenget og var meget fornøyde med det valget. Rommene var store og badet hadde separat dusj og badekar. Bra renhold og god service. Frokosten er litt kjedelig, men hvis en blir lei maten kan en handle inn litt brød, melk og pålegg å nyte en god frokost på terassen.
Vi benyttet oss en hel del av hotellets taxier. Det var billig og sjåførene var hyggelige og meget serviceinnstilte.
Skal vi til Kata Beach igjen har vi ingen betenkeligheter ved å bo her. |

| Kata See Breeze Resort is perfectly located in Kata beach. We had a standard room with a large balcony, it had all the things you needed to have a pleasant stay at the hotel. We hade very nice neighbours!!!!!!
After the first week I had to make a comlpain about the cleaning in the bathroom, but efter the complain the cleaning was more than ok. The cleaning staff was very nice and you could get new towels every day even if they had´nt cleaned your room if you wanted to go to the beach.
Breakfast was more than ok, large and many things to choose between. Some of the young girls who worked at the breakfast were unpleasant!
The Poolarea was very clean and nice and suited for all ages. They also had a playground in the yard for the kids.
The Gym was very ok and everyone could use it for free! Open between 7am-9pm, little small, no AC but it was ok anyway.
You could use Internet between 10am-11.30pm if you had bought a Internet card in the lobby (70min Internet use costs 100tbht).
Laundry service can be used at the hotel but my recomendation is leave laundry outside the hotel for a much lower cost.
You can borrow a saftybox in the reception for free.
There were many times when the staff in the main reception didn´t understood basic english (they really tried to understand) which resulted in communicationproblems. Some times it gave us a great laugh and some times it was really frustrating. So I recommend the staff in a nice way to go and study English. The staff in the recption were very helpfull!!!
I will soon visit this hotell again and recommend it to my friends!!!!! |

| Nous sommes resté 2 semaines dans cet hôtel. Nous avons apprécié le calme (car assez retiré de la route), la chambre, assez grande et bien équipée, avec un lit immense. Par contre, cet hôtel est surtout occupé par des clients nordiques en groupe (Finlandais). Nous étions les seuls Français. La majorité du personnel de la réception n est pas très sympathique. Malgré notre séjour de 2 semaines, nous n avons pas obtenu la possibilité de garder la chambre jusqu à 14 h le jour de notre départ. A midi pile, nous étions expulsés . Nous venons en Thaïlande depuis 20 ans (professionnellement et en vacances)soit plus de 100 voyages, et c est la première fois que cela nous arrive. Cet hôtel est nul pour ses relations commerciales. |

| Very disappointed. The staff were miserable, the room was not the room I asked for so I had to upgrade to the deluxe room for an extra 800B per night. The poolside bar and kitchen did not open until 10am - way too late. We needed to chase the staff to order food as they all seemed to be hiding an nobody was arround to give you the bill. At night when we ordered some drinks not only did we have to go and look for staff, when we found one the just barked, You want drink and the sighed. After our drinks there was nobody around, so we couldn t pay the bill. We went back to our rooms thinking we will pay in the morning and as soon as we got to breakfast we had a snotty member of staff DEMANDING we pay immediately.
I ve been to Thailand many times and this is by far the worst hotel I ve been to.
Also the breakfast is rubbish - is it too much to ask for a bread roll or croissant in a 3800B a night hotel..... |

| This was our first stay and we are sure to come back if we are going to Kata Beach again. We had two rooms with direct pool access and it was perfect to jump directly down in the pool after a long day on the beach or shopping. We had booked for two nights but stayed there for 10 nights. The staff was very helpfull and friendly and always smiling. There was no safe in the rooms but we had a box (two keys needed to open), placed behind a locked door in the lobby. Felt very secure. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily with fresh towels. The breakfasts were good with both warm and cold food. We often ate our lunch and dinners at the hotels restaurant and we can really recommend the Kata Sea Breeze Sandwich as a perfect lunch.
Hotel is placed just a few minutes walk from the Beach but we used to take the Tuk-tuk instead. Only 100 Baht. Can also recommend the hotels Taxi-service with good prices if you want to go somewhere. |

| Friendly staff and nice room. The breakfast buffe could be better. Cold things like butter and youghurt is not so nice when you find it refrosen.
Somethings to put on your bread like cheese would be nice. But lunch in the restaurant was okey.
The taxiservice was excellent. So nice to be picked up if you wanted.
When it´s lowseason the hotel seems to shut down things, like the jaccuzzi in the big pool. Lights in the big pool and other things. That makes the hotel a bit boring for the eye. |

| We stayed 13 nights at Kata Sea Breeze Resort in March 2008 and we can highly recommend it and will definitely come back some day. We stayed 2 adults and 2 kids aged 8 and 9 at a room with direct pool access and the kids just loved it, they felt it was their pool . Even though there is new hotels/shops under construction near by the hotel, we did not feel disturbed at any time. We really felt at home at this hotel and we felt it was relaxing and quiet to come home to our room and pool after a day out.
The breakfast buffet was fine and plenty, but there was no cheese and Nutella, but no big deal! we just bring it ourselves next time.
We used the hotels taxiservice almost everytime, because it was fine cars and
good drivers, so we thought this was worth the extra 50 to 100 baht.
The distance to the Kata Beach was about 300-400 meter whether you took the way down(the path close to Club med.) to the northern end of the beach or the way down to the southern end of the beach. |

| the main thing to consider with this hotel is that it appears to cater for tour groups which makes it soulless with few of the amenities one would get in proper hotel.the rooms are reasonably sized and furnished. the penny pinching however leaves a sour taste, with a charge made for the packets of creamer & coffee in the room. on reflection pricey for what it was,(pool access room). |

| A really nice hotel located a short walk from the beautiful Kata beach! The only problem we had was that the hotel had made a mistake with their bookings, so they didn´t have a room for us for all the nights we had reservation made for. They compensated us well though,instead of a superior-room we got one with poolaccess. (I can really recommend those rooms,absolutely lovely!!) The manager solved the bookingtrouble well, he got us a very nice bungalow in Karon and they drove us there so it was ok. The breakfast was ok and the staff was nice. We could easily stay there again for a longer time, we didn´t want to leave!! Next time we certainly will book a room with poolacess to begin with. We also think that you get very much for money staying at this hotel. |

| This was my third stay on this hotel in a period of 6 months. I´m sorry to say that there to many charter tourists on the hotel this time. At breakfast time it was a real rally going on with all that people chasing for food and a table to be seated.
So please, better organisation to meet all, maybe different time scheedule or bigger restauarant?
I like the De Luxe rooms with direct access to the pool.

| Very nice hotel not far from the beach, city center and restaurants just outside. Large clean fresh rooms. Large pool area with several pools. Child-friendly, good food (buffets some nights with live music). Breakfast was very good, although it was a buffet. We had rooms with pool access which was very appreciated by the children, only to open the balcony door and jump right into the pool. Massage and spa at the hotel at good prices. Unfortunately, the staff was pretty poor in English, which must be better if they primarily be working in a reception. |

| Very nice hotel, which I would definitely recommend. Rooms are very spacious and clean, with a balcony. This resort has a very large swimming pool with a number of sunbeds. It s in a great location, just a couple of minutes walk to restaurants and bars and the beach. The staff on reception weren t very clued up with arranging onward boat journeys or day trips, so best to go to local travel agency. | The hotel was ok, we had a room with pool access which was very good since we have children. The pool area was good, but you had to be up early in the morning to put your towel on a sunbed if you wanted one. The location of the hotel was a 10 minute walk from the beach which was to far away in my opinion. If the children needed to go to the toilet it was a long walk back to the hotel. There was a toilet by the beach, but it was dirty and you had to buy toilet paper and you got very little toilet paper.. |
