| Great venue close to heart of Patong but far enough from Bangla Road to be peaceful. Hallways a little noisy. Good family venue with a safe feeling. |

| the daILY cleaning of the room was very very poor ,they dont clean the floor and they dont change the bed sheets ,as we stayed 4 night s not even one day they changed the bed sheet |

| I strongly recommend this hotel because of its location, facilities and swimming pool. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Room service needs little improvement and honestly need bigger TV than the one s which are placed. Breakfast was excellent and staff was very nice.But we not happy for why internet so expensive. |

| Our stay at Mercure from 12th to 15th June was indeed very enjoyable. We have two young kids with us and both enjoyed the KID ROOM very much. The hotel pool was big enough for hotel guest where you can relax. The room is great and the room is clean and neat. The morning breakfast has a variety of western and local food. The hotel location is very near to Hard Rock Cafe, next to Marriot hotel. Its a bit further from the main shopping area. So it is quiet. However in the day time, there is some construction going on behind the hotel. Although we can hear the noise but once you are in the room you do not really hear it. For this period, we got 3 nights for price of 2. So this is definitely value for money. All in all, I think it is worth it and our kids enjoy the stay very much. |

| The Mecure was excellent. The staff were friendly, the Breakfast was very organised and had a huge variety which was all fresh. They had a dinner theme each night and most of them weren t expensive. The pool was cool and clean but there were not enough deck chairs. It was close to shopping and the night life only 5 minute walk to the beach. If staying here definately chose a room which overlooks the pool area, other rooms overlook a construction site and the markets. |

| Excellent hotel. Everything was as You can expect from a top quality hotel.
Roomservice and any request were allways responded to immediate.
Everyday cleaning of room were spotless
Perfect location for our requirement, beach and shopping. |

| Very nice and clean hotel, stuff speaks good english, very friendly. Negative:
1.Internet slow and expensive 800 BHT for 24 hours.
2.Extra bed is 1500 BHT (very expensive)
But for everything else 9 out of 10. |
