| Stayed for 4 nights. Close to shopping area. Hotel looks a bit old from the outside. Interior looks better. Room nice n clean. Breakfast very tasty. For lunch n dinner, plenty to eat outside, just two minutes walk away. |

| Never go there again because of the bad room and bad breakfast.It ll take you 15 minutes or more time to the Patong Beach beacuse it s difficult to find the way to there. The room on 24th floor without balcony. And the noise from the bar around the hotel not stop until 3 or 4am. |

| Nice hotel with friendly staffs. We stayed from 5 to 12 June 2011 at the Royal Wing. Good breakfast and good location. Room clean and safe. 5 to 10 mins walk to jungleceylon shopping centre and the beach. Many stalls selling seafood are just opposite the hotel. |

| Very nice location and helpful staffs.
Just 10-15 minutes to the Patong Beach on feet, quiet at night, the building is one of the tallest in the town, so you may have a very wonderful looking of the whole island through the bar on the high floor of this hotel. There is one beautiful and quiet walking-street in front of this hotel, which has lots of nice massage shops. There is also one local restaurant on this street where you may find very delicious traditional Thai food in. Will choose this hotel again when I come to Phuket next time. |

| 1) The pool is not at all upto expectations. The one we see in the photos is totally different from what is there.
2) For rooms in Tower, one can sneak from their balcony into other s balcony. It has got privacy and security issues.
3) In early mornings and midnights, one gets distrubed by sounds from neighbouring rooms. |

| Do Not, I repeat do not ever book yourself into staying at this terrible hotel. The front desk staff would try all they could to apply a surcharge on your bill when it s time to check out. We booked 2 rooms for 3 persons and they demanded an extra 1000 bth for each night that we stayed,even though each room is clearly billed as double occupancy ! NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DUMP ! |

| very good resting place it already my 8 times staying in this hotel and this particular time is for my honeymoon which they have given me a spectacular view. the cons is that the tv cable was damage and power failure which is a bit disturbance but overall it still a good place to live in and enjoy the scenry |

| we stayed at the royal wing and had a superior room, but we had to change our room twice. There is a road with many pubs with loud music just in front of the royal wing building which disturbs a comfortable stay.
Otherwise it was good. |

| It s a comfortable hotel, safe & clean, friendly staff, acceptable breakfast. The location of the hotel is good, within a 5mins walking radius, you can practically find anythings under heaven hehe ! Really !
10mins walk to Jungeceylon(shopping centre), also 10mins to Patong Beach.
But remember there plenty of good hotels around, some nearer to the beach, which cost less or about the same.
I enjoyed my vacation and the stay at the hotel. |

| Very nice hotel, just avoid the restaurants (breakfast and buffet overloaded with travel groups; chinese restaurant on top with very nice view but overpriced). Location is a bit off the beach but very nice swimming pools. |

| Good Location! 5 - 10 mins to the beach, pub, and seafood restaurant, very convenient.
With Balcony, that s the plus point.

| Lovely hotel, could be due for a renovation soon though - the super superior room we had was quite dated but clean and tidy - maybe not quite up to standard for the price paid. Nice views on the upper floors. Got to love the swim up pool bar and the great brekky buffet which is the best we had in Thailand! |

| I booked 9 superior room at Royal Wing. Before this, i request all the 9 rooms to be at the same floor and non-smoking rooms.As the result, 6 rooms in the same floor and 3 more rooms in the lower level.But we all are still happy with the room arrangement because most of the room are locate at the same floor.Our flight delayed and reached hotel 30 mins late, bt the hotel staff still served us with smile face, and all my family members are happy with the nice welcome drinks.The room just the same with the display picture in the website.The room was great, nice, comfortable,me and my cousin enjoy the bed and the bathtub very much.One of my cousin s bed have some small insect and bite her till her body gt many red dot and make her feel pain,after we told the staff at counter, they send the worker to check immediately nt more than 3 mins to check.And of course, my cousin have very nice sleep in the following night. Its breakfast also have many choices, it was nice. The hotel located at the center of patong beach. Near with lot of restaurant, shopping center,easier for us to get to the nearby .The check out procedure also done in 5 mins although we have 9 rooms.I really like this hotel , and i will be back to Royal Paradise Hotel ! |

| We stayed in a superiour room in the new wing and it was great. The bars below are quite noisy, but we didn t have a problem with it. The room was small, but clean and bright. The pool is great, and the breakfast good as well. I ve stayed here two other times and found it to alwyas be good. The older part of the hotel is a little run down, but less expensive. |
