| Great hotel, the position is also very good looking. 3 minutes walk can reach I think Phukt most beautiful Karon beaches, hotel own pool also very beautiful, the pool garden fits bask, the room is really amazing, wide bed, beautiful balcony, the best is luxurious comfortable toilet. Hotel breakfast also is very rich, with a free Internet cafe and Wifi allow passengers can contact with our family and friends. Service workers also quite enthusiasm, in short, is Karon best choice |

| We staid here for two nights and booked this hotel because of free WiFi and pool access.
- WiFi only worked very poor if i stood by the door (also very slow). We pointed this out for the hotell staff, but they only said that their it-guy only work on weekdays. So we didnt have any working connection at all over our stay.
- Pool access didnt have stairs or ladder. So you had to get up with your own power like a seal - if you had any power left after all the swiming. .
- The breakfast was great except that there was alot of wasps/bees at the cold drinks section.
- Very thin doors, so you hear guests and hotell staff walking and talking in the hallway. |

| Great location close to everything beach, restaurants, bars etc. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Pool view room was huge and always cleaned to a high standard. Buffet breakfast had lots of choices. Will stay at Sugar Palm Karon again. |

| The hotel i book at Karon was fully booked and i was transferred to Sugar Palm in Kata. The hotel was great , staff was helpful and it s about 4 mins walk to the lovely beach.. The location of the hotel was ideal as it s near all the restaurant and shops.The best was there is a internet which we can use the whole day . |

| We stayed 3 nights and were very impressed. They say they are only 5 minutes walk from the beach, and it is even less than that!
Buffet breakfast seemed to have everything. The rooms are large, especially the bathroom.
Large flat screen tv.
We didn t need any help, but noticed staff going out of their way to help others. |

| Very nice. Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms good value, big, clean. Great bathrooms. Nice long pool with lots of comfortable loungers. Could easily swim laps if that way inclined. 2 mins walk to beach and right in the middle of the action but in its own quiet surrounds. Good internet. Perfect for couples and families alike. |

| Staff were all friendly, check in was a breeze. We had 4 deluxe pool access rooms. They were cleaned every day to our expectations.Breakfast was ok, however we chose to eat at other cafes for variety.Loved the king size beds and the kids loved the pool. GREAT VALUE FOR THE PRICE WOULD DEFINATELY STAY AGAIN |

| The Hotel is well located, and very well equipped, with a great pool, plasma screen TVs in all rooms with DVD player. Breakfast is good, with many varied options. Is getting on a little, and could do with a touch up here and there, but this is the second time I have stayed here! |

| our pool side room was fantastic however
the rest of the hotels services leave a bit to be desired. a poolside bar was advertised but was non existant no problem for us but the other patrons were annoyed. breakfast was average at best,an egg bar that does nt do scrambled eggs !!!! at least the produce was fresh.just little things like trying to get towels for your room was very frustrating. i think this place has the potential to very good but i won t be back. |

| The hotel was good....rooms were nice, clean, comfortable big bed....we stayed in the pool access room....nice for family...breakfast was not nice at all....the same food everyday.....we stayed there for 5 days....so just imagine seeing the same food served for breakfast everyday....staffs were friendly and helpful....its just a few minutes walk from the beach....and shopping area....but as mch as possible, try not to shop at the shops opposite the hotel....its very expensive and they re not willing to reduce their prices.....but overall...it was an enjoyable stay at the hotel....just that the food served at the hotel was horrible, plain, and tasteless....my advice is to have your food at the outside shops....but for the price of the rooms, the hotel is definitely worth it....will consider staying at sugar palm karon again when i come back to phuket.... |

| Thumbs up on: the nice, cool pool. The spacious rooms and the comfortable beds (we slept really good). Nice staff. Good location, close to restaurants, bars and the beach.
Thumbs down on: bad cleaning (no vacuuming for 6 days!). No bar in the hotel (or at the pool. When a toothbrush glass broke, we were charged 80 baht but they didn t put in a new one, neither did they vacuum where it had shattered. Not much shadow in the pool area. When we asked if they could get us a taxi they just pointed out to the street. We will probably not stay there again. |

| Hotel is located in a quite street ,walkingdistance to beach less than 5 min. You have a lot of shops, banks, restaurants and bars around.
The pool is around 50meters long but for older people very difficult to get in or out as no steps or stairs available. Also the relax area is looking like a football field. Some trees for shadow are missing.
Breakfast buffet is ok, but the room is very small and it can happen that you have to wait quite a wile to get a place.
Rooms are all nice like on the photos, if you have a Superior room be sure to have it in the 3rd floor, otherwise you will have a nice view to a wall with a distance of less 1 meter of the window.
Hotel has a cleaning problem! You have to advise cleaning personal what to do, otherwise room is not clean. Bed sheets changed 1x week, pool towels you have to order daily by the cleaners otherwise you don´t get new ones.

| My family stayed in a Deluxe Room with pool view and we liked it alot. Big room with nice layout. Bathroom lived up to expectations and also the sleeping part. Notice the bed is rather hard but I didn t mind this at all. Tv and dvd equipment great, only problem that I couldn t get the Swedish channels. Personel ok, price very good nice hotel. A point to share is that the cleaning routines should be checked, dont get me wrong it was clean but areas like under bed and extra bed areas cluld be cleaned between different guests arraving atleast once a week. | Booked two rooms for 1 week. Quite friendly staff, clean rooms too. Robes, slippers & umbrellas provided in room was useful. Lots of food options nearby even though no restaurant in hotel. Tip: Taxis & Tuk Tuks are really expensive, so consider renting jeep,car or bike for getting around. If going to Phuket Town try the public bus 30baht just wait along the road outside hotel.
Beach is just 5min walk away(across 2 roads)Definitely staying in Sugar Palm Karon again. |

| Nice hotel, with good location in the middle of everything at Karon. Nice, clean and just renovated (Deluxe pool view) room. Personnel very helpful and friendly. Breakfast ok and was not boing even after two weeks staying. Swimming pool itself quite okay, but the otherwise the pool area was boring(empty). Pool bar was not attractive as it looked like a garden shed (I guess/hope that it is a temporary solution).
I recommend and could visit Sugar Palm again |
