| We stayed at residence kalim bay for 3 days from 1st May 2011. The stay was very comfortable.Spacious clean rooms, kitchen with all equipments.Good pillows and mattress.I only wish they have a front desk which will operate 24 hrs.Currently it operates only from 9am to 5pm.Also if they start providing food it will be good for the people staying.The room manager was very helpful and warm.In all, our stay was quite pleasant.If needed I can stay there once again. |

| We stayed in an apartment at The Residence in Kalim Bay from 22nd-29th August and had a great time. The apartments are right across the road from the beach and ours had a view of the pool and the sea from a very nice balcony. There was a bit of mild building work going on particularly renovating the pool bar but it was not any real problem to us. |

| Very nice apartment with great and quiet location and only 10 minutes walking from the beaches and 25 minutes walking from the Bangla road, the staff are very friendly and cooperative, the swimming pool is very clean and the landscaping is great, our booking was for 8 days and we axtended it for 12 days, we recommend it. |

| Good family apartment complex at the north end of patong beach. Close enough to the action (20 minute walk) but far enough away to be quiet. Nice pool, no room service but restaurant delivery available. Apartments are spacious with 2 separate bedrooms, good sized living, dining rooms and full kitchen. 2nd visit to Kalim Bay and will stay here again on return to Phuket. |

| Had a great time. Very nice apartments, with big rooms and set in lush tropical surrounds. Very relaxing to hear waves crashing as your across the road from the beach. |

| The Residence Kalim Bay was just what we wanted. Far enough from the Patong noise, yet with a beach (Kalim Bay)over the road. It was only a short walk to Patong with all its shops and beach. (there are many tuk tuks for those not inclined to walking). The staff at the Residence were very friendly and helpful. The two bedroom apartment we booked was spacious and clean. The pool area was a delight, and there were a number of convenience stores and restaurants very close by. All up...it was great and would love to go back. |
