Anläggningen är belägen på 2: a väg Kata Beach. Även om Baray Villa inte ligger mitt på stranden men det är inte längre svag punkt eftersom gästerna kan åka till Kata Beach med privata fordon, med strand paraply eller soldäck arrangeras exklusivt för Baray Villa gäst

Child Policy :
Child under 12 years sharing bed with parents are welcome free of charge with breakfast daily. Maximum 1 child per room.
The 2nd room for children under 12 years old (maximum 3 children / room) will be charge 50% from adults twin rate (room only). Breakfast will be charged 300 Baht / child / day.
